Saturday morning at the market

Hannah and I (among other friends) went to the Farmer's Market this morning in hopes of getting some practice in with our cameras. My battery died about fifteen minutes into the excursion (lame), though I did manage to snap a bunch of shots that I'm happy with. Hannah got a TON of great pictures, so y'all should go check her blog once she gets it up and running.

Enjoy, and let me know which you like best (or dislike best if that's the case).

The reason I like this one so much is because of the creepy dude in the mirror. "Mirror, mirror, on the wall..."

Texas Drive-in

Texans know how to watch movies...

Reno's Gold Nugget

Reno is one of the monster gambling towns in the US. Though perhaps not quite as widely well known for a good time as Las Vegas, it has its returning patrons. And its no wonder; the casino buildings are monstrosities, stories upon stories of glass or wood, and not only built up, but also dug deep into the ground, making them even more impressive once one finds him or herself inside. It is a draw that any die-hard gambler could hardly fail to notice. Yes, Reno does a good job of living the life of glamor, and it brings people back.

But as for me, I would go back for the clouds.
